Amy Agra

 I started babysitting when I was 11 years old and have loved working with kids ever since. I also worked in a childcare facility throughout high school.

I went to college for graphic design, and one of the students in my class was deaf. Wanting to be able to communicate with everyone around me, I enrolled in the School of the Deaf to learn sign language.

I am a proud wife, boy & girl mom, and grandma. My boys are grown, and my daughter is 10 years old and attends the summer camp. My husband is Brazilian, so we travel as often as possible to Brazil to visit our family there. We are also excited to welcome our first granddaughter, Blakely, who will be born in early August.

My hobbies include spending time with my family, photography, pottery, traveling, rollerblading, and going to music festivals. I love art, children, creativity, and making memories, which is what inspired me to start my summer camp.

My parents are also a big part of the camp. My dad, Adrian, builds all the amazing structures your kids love and paints the colorful murals you see around camp. My mom, Brenda, is my right hand in running the campsite and helping keep everything organized so I can focus on creating and continuing to grow our camp.

This is my 4th year running camp, and I’m so excited to spend the summer making lasting memories with your children.
